1. The information we collect
We collect information to contact our clients and prospective clients regarding their requirements. This can include: Name, Address, Phone Numbers, e mail address and details of equipment and systems installed at their premises. We collect data by phone, e mail, web site and in person

2. How we use personal information
Information is used to prepare quotations, invoices, warranties and to complete work. It is also recorded to track warranties and for future reference when further work is required

3. Information that we share
We share data with our employees, our suppliers and outside Regulatory Bodies such as GasSafe, Oftec, Microgeneration Certification Scheme, Ofgem and Gemserv. We do not sell or use information for marketing purposes

4. Information Security
Data collected electronically is protected by firewalls and internet gateways. Physical date is stored in secure locations. Our on line back up system is stored in an encrypted format on a UK based server

5. Access to information
All clients have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about them and this will be produced within 1 month of receiving a request and verification of their identity. All clients have the right to contact us if they believe our information is incorrect or that we are no longer entitled to use their personal data

6. Retention of data
We endeavour not to keep personal information for longer than we need to fulfil our obligations to our clients

7. Complaints
We will work hard to ensure that personal information is treated safely and securely.
